What better way to start your day/weekend with a 1-hour FREE yoga class on the pristine shores of Huskisson overlooking to the sunrise of the white sands of Jervis Bay.
This FREE yoga session will be led by Katie Hyde (one of the Shoalhaven's most dynamic and soothing yoga instructors). Katie is based here on the shores of Jervis Bay and a regular instructor at South Coast Soul Studio, Vincentia and The Woods Farm, Tomerong. She’s been practicing for 20 years and teaching for nearly a decade so you’re in good hands. She’ll guide you through a sublime dawn session on Saturday and Sunday with an emphasis on offering a practice that is suitable for anybody. Linking simple breathing techniques with flowing movement you’ll feel incredible after this 45 minute session. Come join her at 6:15 to start your day off right; positive, energised and ready for the rest of the festival.
